Sustainable Energy Solutions for Oil and Gas

Founded in 2017, EDI was established to leverage investments in technology and its partners’ success to deploy the next generation of solar and microgrid technologies.  With changes in regulations & incentives over the last several years, EDI began to focus on existing infrastructure and brownfield sites in the oil & gas and other industrial sectors where we are uniquely positioned to provide the following

oil and gas companies –are able to offset carbon emissions via our renewable energy systems. Self-generation of offsets reduces corporate spend and increases profitability.

with aging grid infrastructure, renewab–e energy systems can provide on-site load reduction and limit exposure to grid instability. Having a system that allows a customer site to remain operational in the event of an outage creates a competitive advantage and increases profitability.

renewable energy assets offset–energy costs, qualify for cash incentives, and provide tax benefits which in many cases can offset up to 50% of the upfront project costs.

the high visibility of renewable energy projects on existing brownfield sites and infrastructure is a more tangible and controllable way of achieving carbon commitments while avoiding the pitfalls of “greenwashing” claims.

EDI Capital assists its energy partners in efficiently participating in an ever-evolving sustainability landscape while upholding the longstanding American energy tradition. We take a cooperative, innovative, and efficient approach to break down barriers and scale the future faster.
