We're building a Sustainable Future with Innovative Energy Infrastructure

Empowering Collaborative Solutions for Sustainable Energy

Empowered Unity

Founded in 2017, EDI believes in the power of working together to solve big problems. EDI got its start as a development and finance fund, placing solar projects with tax efficient investors. EDI worked with a combination of tax efficient corporate investors and high net worth individuals to finance projects developed by its sister company, Fellowship Energy (a greenfield developer) and others. Fellowship Energy (link) consistently carries a development pipeline of over 250MW of solar, storage and renewable energy assets.

Pioneering Renewable Energy Solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry

In 2021, EDI set its sights on the underserved market of oil and gas in order to generate onsite carbon offsets by deploying renewable energy. EDI understands there is a finite amount of procurable offsets and for the oil and gas industry to reach its goals, it’s imperative companies develop the ability to create their own. EDI’s leadership takes their renewable energy development experience and couples it with creative problem solving to approach the industries key issues in a bespoke way.
